Melanie Bash brings 35 years of experience in Event Management, as a Director and Producer of all Fundraising Events for a multitude of nonprofit organizations.  Her responsibilities include Media Marketing, Corporate Sponsorship, Trade Shows, Convention Corporate Events, Meeting Planning, Corporate Team Building, Event Planning along with Social Media Marketing and Educational Programming.

She has appeared in numerous Television Commercials, handled "Live" on-camera Television interviews with Fox 5, ABC and NBC, Radio shows, Newspaper and print ads,  promoting major events for the Easter Seals, Grant-A-Gift, and a multitude of non-profit organizations.  Ms. Bash is equally well known and respected for for her fund-raising abilities continually breaking organizational records. For example, Ms.Bash was overwhelmingly praised for her success in raising funds for the Grant-A-Gift and the Easter Seals  organization, as she not only met, but surpassed their financial goal (1) one month prior to their event.  Her producing experience includes working with many celebrities such as Pia Zadora and Olivia Newton John.  

Melanie is currently the Vice-President of fundraising and development with Grant a Gift Autism Foundation.

As Co-Founder, Partner and President for Dream Vision International (and its subsidiaries), Ms. Bash not only handles all Social Media and marketing, but manages, coordinates and oversees our high-end (fortune 500) clients, their transportation, hotel and events. Responsibilities include working on film, music, television and educational projects with Creative Center Studios and the Women In Film organization (International and Los Angeles divisions); on musical projects with Wayne Cook; and, on all U.S./China projects under the Cultural Exchange Program(s) in Los Angeles, CA and Las Vegas, NV.

The Art Olympics 2015 - Melanie created and will launch the "Art Olympics" in Las Vegas, Nevada and debut select Artists from China. It will be their introduction into the United States and premier/showcase their "Art"• Ms. Bash will coordinate the Galas, Private Events, Celebrity Appearances, Awards, Prizes and more!

It is a great cultural exchange opportunity between the two countries as it offers inspiration for our youth, cooperation between varied social institutions and cultural backgrounds, and a desire for mutual development.  Ms.  Bash will also handle elements on the production side of a second U.S./China project:  My Dream, a reality show, slated to air and broadcast to over 1 Billion people in China.

Director of her own company, the Bash Event Group, Ms. Bash brings to Las Vegas her personal and high-end clientele, their Special Events, Product Launch(s), Fashion Show Entertainment and Elite Parties specific to the city of Las Vegas.

Melanie Bash was appointed Director of Development at EASTER SEALS for the state of Nevada (2014).  As the “Event Director” she directed all fundraising events for the nonprofit organization (which included organizing 500 to 1000 employees).  With her 2014 television appearance in the Fox 5 commercial Walk With Me (with Earl Turner), Ms. Bash was overwhelmingly successful in raising funds, as she exceeded their financial goals one month prior to  their event.

Ms. Bash has served as a member of the International Special Events Society, the Convention Services Association, the American Marketing Association and the Las Vegas Hospitality Association.
