Executive Chef Carolyn Geiger brings 35+ years of experience as a skilled Culinary Professional, recognized for her comprehensive knowledge of nouvelle-cuisine; a healthy, innovative approach setting the stage for a customized catering and dining experience. Over 30 years of progressive experience managing the provisions of catering for productions, events and fine dining for Las Vegas Casino’s, Tea Rooms, multiple restaurants, country clubs, and private clubs; refining the art of cooking; developing impressive menus; and preparing culinary dishes influenced by culturally diverse regions around the globe. Carolyn is particularly adept in the ability to cultivate partnerships with service providers in obtaining the freshest and highest quality ingredients; and committed to leaving our clients with an especially memorable experience.
